Eligible organisations gain access to the same onsite event technology used across Klay’s wider client base, including:
- Onsite registration and attendee check-in
- Badge printing and credential management
- Session scanning and attendance tracking
- Lead capture where appropriate
Support levels and pricing are structured according to organisational context, event scale, and delivery requirements.
Participating organisations will also gain access to Klay’s network of trusted partners in complementary areas such as marketing, communications, or event promotion — helping teams strengthen outcomes beyond onsite delivery alone.
